Who we are
PlumbHub LLC, New York, NY. Email info@plumbhub.us, phone (929) 969-4339.
What this site collects
The bid and contact form collects what you type: what you need, your name, phone, email and company, the borough, a job address and a bid date if you give them, a link to drawings or photos, your message, the address of the page you sent it from, and your choice on the text-message box. The site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or analytics scripts. Our website host records standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) to run the service and protect it from abuse.
Where it goes
The form is received by our website host, Cloudflare, and passed to an automation server we operate on a rented cloud server. It reaches our office as a Telegram message and an email to info@plumbhub.us. Links you send stay where you host them. Software may draft our replies; a person reads and approves every reply.
We use your request to answer you, to prepare a proposal and, if you hire us, to run the job.
Who else sees it
Our service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting), our cloud server provider, Telegram (office messaging) and our email provider. If you hire us: the New York City Licensed Master Plumber engaged for your project and the agencies a permit requires. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
Text messages
We text you only if you texted us first or ticked the box on the form. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become jobs are deleted within 24 months; automation logs within 14 days. Job records are kept as long as the law and the contract for the work require.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, by email to info@plumbhub.us. We answer within 30 days.
Do Not Track and children
The site does not track visitors, so a Do Not Track signal changes nothing here. The site is not directed to children under 13.
Links
Links to other sites (a plan-set link you give us, for example) are governed by those sites' own policies.
