Systems people, not "take-a-look" people
PlumbHub LLC is a plumbing project contractor in New York City. Commercial fit-outs priced from the drawings; residential work priced before it starts. Built to the code, tests kept on file.
Where the method comes from
PlumbHub was founded by a field plumber with ten years on New York job sites and a construction-management background. The method comes from commercial work: read every sheet, count every position, price the alternates, install to the spec, test, document. It is the same method in a Brooklyn bathroom: find the cause, write the scope, write the price, test before the wall closes.
What we are and what we are not
PlumbHub LLC is a plumbing project contractor. Permitted plumbing work in New York City is filed, supervised and signed off by the New York City Licensed Master Plumber engaged for each project. We say which work is ours to take and which needs a different contractor. If a job is outside the five boroughs, we say that too.
How we price
Positions, quantities, unit prices. Labor by the hour per position, material by current supplier pricing, overhead stated once. A change in the field is priced from the same table as the bid.
